| Announcement: | TCPL Packaging Ltd has informed BSE that the Company had allotted 3,50,000 (Three Lakh Fifty Thousand Only) Warrants to the following parties as per the Resolutions passed at the Meeting of Board of Directors held on June 02, 2009, and pursuant to the special resolution passed at the Annual General Meeting of all the members held on July 02, 2009.
1. Name of the Allottee : Narmada Fintrade Ltd
- No. of Warrants : 1,75,000
2. Name of the Allottee : Accuraform Pvt Ltd
- No. of Warrants : 1,75,000
These parties had deposited 25% of the value of the Warrants i.e. Rs. 13,12,500/-each.
Subsequently, the above parties have expressed their desire to exercise their option to apply for 3,50,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each. Accordingly, they paid the balance amount, i.e. 75% of the issue price of Rs. 39,37,500/- each.
At the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company, held on October 30, 2009, the following Equity Shares have been allotted to these parties:

- Number of Shares : 1,75,000
- Value of Shares @ Rs. 30 (Rs per Share value Rs. 20 Premium) : Rs 52,50,000
